Also preparation of materials as ASCII-file. is possible. Do not use hyphenations and alignment on a format. Formulas and equations prepare in the built - in editors of the equations. Manuscripts of the greater volume are accepted after the preliminary coordination with edition. The paper must be written in English and typed double-spaced with about 3 cm margins all around; the front page will show title, name of author(s), institution(s) where work was done and mailing address with postal code (zip in USA) of senior author if different from that of the institution.
On the title page it is necessary to specify: the name of work, surname and name of author (authors) and the post address of author (one of authors), establishment ( establishments) where work was made also the post address of establishment (one of establishments), E-Mail address of author with which correspondence, his phone numbers (worker, home).
All designations of measures, units of physical sizes, results of clinical and laboratory researches are harmonized with the International system of units (SI), terms - according to International classification of illnesses (ÌÊÁ - 10). names of firms and devices are resulted in original transcription. All pages of the manuscript, including tables, list of literature and signature to figures, are necessary to number (numbering is put in the bottom headline).
Original articles should include such sections: 1) introduction; 2) materials and methods of research; 3) results of research; 4) discussion of results (association of sections " Results and discussion " is supposed); 5) conclusions; 6) indication of unappropriated sources of financing of given work, name of grants (at their presence); 7) gratitude; 8) list of literature; 9) summary and key words.
The statement of the text should be precise, laconic, without extensive historical digressions and recurrences. The author should designate a heading in which article will be publish.
The name of article should be brief (no more than 9 meaning words), informative to include key words and precisely to reflect the contents of article.
In case of processing article, date of receipt in edition will be date of reception is considered edition of its last variant.
Digital material is whenever possible reduced in tables and not duplicated in the text. Tables should be compact, have serial number, and their names - exact to correspond to contents of columns. All figures in tables should correspond to figures in the text.
In section "Discussion" it is necessary to show relationships between received effects. To compare received information with available in literature and to show its novelty. At discussion it is necessary to refer to an illustrative material of article. Discussion should be finished by the answer to question put in introduction. Each table is printed on separate page and has heading. Columns of tables should be entitled. The material of tables and figures should be clear without reference to the text of article.
Figures are carried out in black-and-white variant on white paper, each figure on separate sheet, maximal size 120x120 mm. On curves (except for continuous registration) should be put experimental points, each curve should have number. On axes to point measureable quantity and its dimension (but not the phenomenon) only .
Caption signatures are printed on a separate sheet with full explanatory of curves so that to not address to the text for explanatories. On the back of each figure its number and a surname of author are pointed.
References to literature are given by figures in square brackets in citing order or in alphabetic order. It is necessary to prefer of reviews and works of last years. List of quoted literature (up to 10 in articles, no more 45 in reviews) is printed on separate pages with indication of surnames and initials of all authors.      "Clinical Informatics and Telemedicine" publishes ordered the editorial board or offered by authors and approved by the editorial board analitical reviews and digests on the most actual problems of medical and clinical computer science and telemedicine devoted to the brightest and actual events in this area, volume up to 16 pages of the typewritten text, including figures and list of literature; or pass reviews (up to 4 pages of the typewritten text).

Electronic Manuscripts:

Electronic manuscripts have the advantage that there is no need for the rekeying of text, thereby avoiding the possibility of introducing errors and resulting in reliable and fast delivery of proofs. For the initial submission of manuscripts for consideration, hardcopies are sufficient. For the processing of accepted papers, electronic versions are preferred. After final acceptace, your disk plus two final and exactly matching printed versions should be submitted together. Double density (DD) or high density (HD) diskettes (3'/2 inch) are acceptable. If it important that the file saved is in the native format of the wordprocessor program used. Label disk with name of computer and wordprocessing package used, your name, and name of file on disk. Further information may be obtained from the Publisher.

Artworks
Submitting your illustrations, pictures, tables and other artwork in an electronic format helps us to produce your work to the best possible standards, ensuring accuracy, clarity and a high level of detail. This site shows how to prepare your artwork for electronic submission and includes: common problems, suggestions on how to ensure the best results, and guidelines for popular applications. See the links under Creating your Artwork for details about using specific artwork software.

Sizing of artwork
We aim to have a uniform look for all the artwork throughout one article. Please check the style of the journal to which you are submitting as some will require your artwork to be presented in a specific way. Some general guidelines that we use in sizing artwork are:
The lettering on your artwork should have a finished, printed size of 7 pt for normal text and not smaller than 6 pt for subscript and superscript characters. Smaller lettering may not be legible. However, there are instances where other factors in the artwork, such as tints and shadings, dictate a larger finished size, for example 10 pt. When deciding on the size of a line art graphic there are several other factors to assess in addition to the lettering. These all have a bearing on the quality and legibility of the final artwork. Tints and shadings have to be printable at finished size. All relevant detail in the illustration, the graph symbols (squares, triangles, circles, and so on) and a key to the diagram (to explain the graph symbols used) must be discernible. A typical mistake is when you can no longer distinguish between open and filled symbols (such as G and O) because over-reduction makes both look filled.

To help you prepare your artwork for submission, the following information shows the formats we prefer you to use for different image types.

In addition, it contains a list of warnings about potential problems that can affect images.

Potential problems with images
Please read the following notes before you submit any images:
Where possible, please send your image files in TIFF or EPS format instead of JPEG. This is because the more often a JPEG image is amended or compressed, the more detail is lost from the final image. If you are only able to send in JPEG files please make sure that they are saved at the highest possible quality setting, that is, with minimum compression.
When graphs are produced in software such as Word or Excel, the default is to display the graph lines in colour. These types of coloured thin lines are difficult to reproduce, therefore please submit such graphs in black & white with different types of dashed lines for total clarity.
If you supply RGB encoded colour image files we may not be able to accurately reproduce the colours when the images are printed. This is because RGB encoding allows you to use more colours than those which can be reproduced on paper with CMYK.
Use for preservation of diagrams and illustrations of formats of files of specific programs (statistical packages, programs of visualization etc.) is not supposed.
Do not save graphics in DOC, but in TIFF or EPS format with a minimum resolution of 800 dpi (line drawings) or 300 dpi (photografics, screen pictures). Good laser printouts of line drawings may be used for scanning, but color, telefax and matrix printer printouts are unsuitable.

Line art options
Typical line art images are line graphs and bar charts. These can be either:
Black & White TIFF files with a minimum resolution of 1000 dpi.
EPS, PS, or PDF files. The absolute minimum line width is 0.5 pt; however, we prefer a minimum line width of 1 pt.
Note Do not place bitmap images within the EPS file, but send these in as TIFF files instead, as indicated above.

Halftone and Halftone-Line art combination options
Typical halftone images are pictures, photographs, and micrographs. Please supply these as Greyscale TIFF files with a minimum resolution of either:
300 dpi if there is no lettering.
500 dpi if there is lettering.
Sizing halftones (photographs, micrographs, and so on) normally gives more problems than line art. It is at times difficult to know what an author is trying to emphasise on a photograph, so please identify the important parts of the image for us, perhaps by highlighting areas on a photocopy. The best advice that we can give is to not over-reduce halftones. Please pay attention to magnification factors or scale bars on the artwork and compare them with the details inside. If the set of artwork contains more than one halftone, make sure that there is consistency in size between similar diagrams.

Halftone-line art combinations are difficult to size, as changing one part may adversely affect the other part. In these cases you can help by suggesting an appropriate final size for your combination.

Make sure that we can reproduce your file at 100%, so that we can match the original as closely as possible.
We can use:
CMYK encoded TIFF images.
CMYK encoded EPS, PS, or PDF files.

File Delivery
We can accept your artwork on the following media 3.25" disk: PC format is preferred. High density is the most common format with a capacity of 1.44 MB CD-ROM: Written only by dedicated hardware with supporting software. Please use the ISO9660 Joliet format, as this can be created and read on both PCs and MACs. Capacity 650 MB. ZIP disk: Portable media reliant on an external or internal drive. Capacities of either 100 or 250 MB. Many new PCs come equipped with internal drives as standard.
